About
Ghana's flagship gathering for service leaders
Now in its fifth edition, ICUSS brings together the executives who own the customer experience for one day of practical, hard-edged conversation about what actually moves service quality and profitability.
ICUSS 2026 opens Customer Service Week Ghana & Africa 2026. Since its founding the summit has advanced one conviction: that service excellence is a leadership and culture discipline, not a support-desk function.
This years' summit is convened by Customer Service Africa in partnership with iSERD Ltd. and La Palm Royal Beach Hotel, with endorsements from the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts and the Ghana Tourism Development Company.

The 2026 Theme
Beyond Technology: Why Culture and Attitude Decide AI ROI and Customer Experience
Organisations are buying AI. Few are getting a return on their investments.
The deciding variable is not the tool you licence but whether your people trust it, use it, and are rewarded for using it well. ICUSS 2026 examines why AI programmes stall inside service organisations, and what change Leaders and Decision-makers need to make right after the summit.
Programme highlights
The two defining moments
Signature panel
The Human Coefficient
Why your culture will make or break your AI investments.
The summit's anchor session. Senior executives from different sectors discuss, in specific and practical terms, where technology investment has under-delivered because of people and culture rather than the tools themselves - and what changed the outcome.
Recognition
Customer-Centric Leadership Recognition
A ceremony recognising individuals and institutions whose leadership has visibly advanced a customer-centric culture - marking five years of ICUSS with a moment built around continuity and credibility, not novelty.
