Arriving at the venue

Driving in
Allow extra time on Friday morning. Registration opens two hours before the first address, so there is room to arrive early rather than tight.
Flying in
Delegates on an international package are met at Kotoka International Airport and transferred to the hotel, with the return trip covered too.

Registration and badges
Bring the QR code from your ticket email. Each delegate has their own badge, including on corporate packs.
Lunch and refreshments
Welcome coffee on arrival, a mid-morning break and a served lunch are all included in every delegate package.
Photography
A photo session and media interviews run in the afternoon, so delegates may appear in coverage of the summit.
